We are precision
manufacturing redefined.

Through years of refinement, we’ve developed proprietary waterjet cutting methods that consistently exceed industry accuracy standards. We are precision manufacturing redefined, transforming complex concepts into high-accuracy components.

Why MWC?

Machine-builders know us for our deep technical expertise, practical execution, and level of confidence in our people and machines.

“It has a computer on it — It will do what it is told.”

Our Capabilities

We utilize 50,000 PSI of water and natural garnet abrasive to cut virtually any material with surgical precision. Our facility features three 5-axis waterjets, including the Omax 55100 with Tiltajet taper and the Maxiem 1530 with an A-jet head.

Accuracy &
Thickness.

Our proprietary calibrations allow us to maintain tolerances of less than +/-0.003 inches, cutting materials from 0.005” to 4” thick (up to 9” in Aluminum).

Scalable
Capabilities.

If you can dream it, we can cut it. Our largest waterjet has a 12′ 2″ x 5′ 8″ table with X-Y cutting travel up to 10′ 0″ x 5′ 2″ and a maximum supported material load of 300 lbs/sqft.

Unmatched
Innovation.

Unlike laser or more traditional cutting, abrasive waterjet machining is a cold cutting process creating no heat-affected zones (HAZ), maintaining the material properties and avoiding heat-hardened edges.

Supporting Services

We balance waterjet efficiency with secondary CNC milling, turning, and drilling to create complex, odd-shaped parts with tolerances under 0.005 inches, handling parts up to 60 inches wide.

Milling. 3-axis, 4-axis index, and 4-axis contour.

Turning. External/Internal profiling, reaming, and threading.

Secondary. Drilling, tapping, boring, broaching and knurling.

WHY COMBINE PROCESSES?

By using cross-supporting equipment, we find the most efficient manufacturing method for compound angles and complex geometries.
